Maria Pia De Pasquale and Andrea Danti
Maria Pia and her husband Andrea decided to fuse their passion for Italian wines into a new business enterprise.
Maria Pia, by day a scientist at Vanderbilt University in the department of infectious diseases and by night instructor and cofounder of Tango Nashville, is also the president of the company and the expert behind any incredible wine and food pairing during all the events the company organizes.
Andrea, originally from the province of Verona and in the US since 2005 for love, has personally tasted and approved every single label the company carries. These 2 incredible minds together are 100% Italiano. Inc.
Viviana Luison
Originally from the small town of Azzano Decimo (near Venice, Italy), Vivi joined the company in August 2008 as sales agent and marketing executive.
She brings 5 years of experience in sales and customer service and a degree in marketing from Tennessee State University. For the first three years with the company she was the only sales rep and the face of the company with the customers. With 3 new sales rep on board Viviana has moved to the position of Sales Manager, coordinating the efforts of the other employees while still serving her customers in Middle TN.
Jaque Faye
Jaque hails all the way from the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountains, near Fresno, CA, home of the Giant Sequoia trees, the largest trees in the world. Moving to Tennessee to sing her California Country, she was also learning and growing in the Nashville restaurant scene.
Mentored by Jenn McCarthy of Rumours Wine Bar, she has served, managed, and worked most facets of the restaurant industry.
Wanting to pursue her passion for wine and further her career in wine and sales, she came to work for 100% Italiano in July of 2013. She has been sharpening her French and Italian palate ever since.

Scott Stone
After spending the last 20 years in the service industry, Scott returned to the Nashville area in 2015 most recently from the Washington, D.C. restaurant and bar scene. He built his wine and spirits education while working for a former White House chef in the Cleveland Park neighborhood of northwest DC.
From local pizza joints to fine dining to bustling downtown sports bars, Scott has worked in almost every facet of the restaurant business. He worked for two years in retail wine and spirits sales which has most certainly added depth to his understanding of the Nashville market and its ever-changing intricacies, needs, and trends. Scott received his Bachelor’s degree in music with a second major in philosophy from Vanderbilt University.
Maja Roy
Tim Binder
Tim Binder moved to Nashville from Chicago in the summer 2012 to take a position with 100% Italiano. He brought with him job experience in warehousing, shipping/receiving and Inventory control. Starting as a driver, he quickly learned Nashville, our customers and our market. He has taken on an office/ warehouse manager position that oversees and takes the lead in all day-to-day operations, from accounting and billing to inventory and ordering.
As a side project Tim is passionate about local food. Tim with his wife Laura, run a hobby farm called Flower Moon Farm. They provide Nashville with a local option for fresh cut flowers and organic produce.
